1:1 Online harp lessons via Zoom (45 minutes): $50 (LIVE MEETING)

Email Michele to schedule lessons. You will be charged weekly via Venmo or PayPal for lessons. Those who pay for a month of lessons at one time will receive a $5 discount off of each lesson.

Private students will have the opportunity to work one on one with Miss Michele to move through their harp course work. Instead of moving through the course material at the pace of an entire class, students can work slower or faster individually in private lessons, hence enhancing their music learning experience.

Class Experience
We will be using the book, “The Fairy Harp Book” by Michele Roger (available on Amazon) as our base for learning FOR BEGINNERS. If you have played harp before, then we will be using the book “Fun With the Folk Harp” by Laurie Rylie. Additional supplemental music is then added for holidays and areas of interest for each individual learner. If your student already has music, I will be happy to help them and move forward in their own music.

Music flashcards and theory will also be included in each lesson.

Repetoire
Each lesson will include a review of past music as well as adding new pieces. We only keep learning through practice and remembering the pieces we’ve learned in the past to support our new knowledge of music.

Positive Feedback
Miss Michele is known for being patient, kind and encouraging. She will always find the good things and successes the student has achieved that week. Her focus is always on the positive.

Discipline
Miss Michele firmly encourages her students to learn to read music American notation. Students are required to practice a minimum of ten minutes per day outside of lessons. Once it is clear that the student has a full understanding of their course work, Miss Michele will add supplemental music pieces to help students stay engaged and enjoy the fruits of their hard work.

Notes are given in the class message area after each lesson. I also use videos if students find that is a helpful learning tool.

Miss Michele meets each student wherever they are at in the book. She has been teaching for over 22 years.
